Did you know? You can always come up with more than just rocks and gems. Sims will occasionally come up with rare/high quality seeds, gnomes, food, and even fish or insects!
As usual, sorted by required expansion pack. In addition, Ambitions also introduced one new metal (and one was too insignificant to screw up the chart formats), which would be Woohooium, which spews hearts and lights up when Sims have fun in bed near it. Many gems can be found using the miner in Ambitions.

Late Night

Did you know?
You can use the Gain Skills Faster mod to make your Sims learn in a fraction of the time of the norm?
Picture
This is an example of Dumbledore... I mean a Sim using the harvester.
Ambitions is required to be able to use the harvester.
Well, we've already talked about the plants you can plant, but let's discuss the aspects of gardening. Face it, gardening in Sims can be something extremely annoying and that can just piss you off severely! So, what do I suggest? For hardcore gamers that hate "cheating", just keep it the way it is. However, for the casual gamer that loves doing things quickly so they can have more fun in the game, there is Dolphin's Magical Gardening Gnome, which will do all the work for you at a set rate. It's also the perfect way to get more out of your crappy grocery store plants.

Talking and playing guitar both have about the same amount of relationship gain.
This skill is also elaborated upon in Late Night, and you can now learn piano, bass, drums, and guitar. However, overall, this skill is simple to learn. My tip? Make needs static, then just make your Sim play away! Why? Because it doesn't need to stop for breaks! In addition, you can earn friends by playing the guitar for people. As a guitar player, you can serenade, play, perform, and play for tips. The guitar books are also available for purchase in the book stores.
